2B Stores- Most items under $35; Trend fashion

80s Purple- Brand trend items; Great sale and accessory sections; Similar to Urban Outfitters

American Eagle Outfitters- Casual clothing; Great sales; Style of the younger crowd from the Hamptons; Jeans seen everywhere, most notably Twilight movies
Aeropostale- Seemingly a junior version of American Eagle
Aldo-Cute trend shoes at decent prices
AllCosmetics- Brands like MAC, Elf, Smashbox, and Lancome at much cheaper prices
Alloy- Women's casual and dressy clothing; Great budget friendly pieces with some plus sizes available
AmiClubWear- Inexpensive clothing; Search well and you'll find a few gems; I love the sandals and flats
Anthropologie- Slightly more expensive Urban Outfitters
AsiaJam- Cute clothing for petite sizes at amazingly low prices; Also sells shoes for the not-so-petite
Asos- Pronounced "a-sauce," this site is Euro-amazing; Free shipping always, great prices, amazing sales
AX Paris- Another gift from the UK, now has a US site; Great on-trend pieces at under $50 prices

Bakers Shoes- Some brand name, some store brand; Nice shoes and accessories, great selection, prices OK
Banana Republic- For those who have been deterred from BR, be at ease with their great sales
Beau-Coup- Special Occasion Gifts and Supplies, with a ton of personalized options
Beauty Store Depot- Cosmetics, Bath, Body, & Hair; Great discount prices
Bloomingdales- Despite their pricey reputation, their junior division holds budget friendly fashions
Bluenotes- Men & Women's fashions, shoes, and accessories...ALL UNDER $30

Brash Girl- A new division under Payless shoes offering young, edgy styles in shoes and accessories
Boutique to You- Offers what you see on celebrities at discount prices; the sort by price option is a big help on this site
Btemptd by Wacoal- A less expensive division of Wacoal-America; Lingerie and Undies
Buckle- Great place for jeans; Cali/Florida style clothing: Beachy- Skater vibe

Canvas by Landsend- Some* (clears throat) may associate Landsend with boring, older styles of clothing. This would be the product of the Landsend wearer's younger family members being slightly rebelious and cutely trendy.
Charlotte Russe- Praise *insert religious figure of choice* for fast fashion (stores like H&M, forever21, and of course, Charlotte Russe)! A budget fashionista's best friend.
Chloe Loves Charlie- If Urban Outfitters and ModCloth had a baby, and put her on a budget...
Charming Charlie- Accessory Haven! Plus, organized by color AND $5 FLAT SHIPPING!
The Children's Place- Fast Fashion for Kids!
Chinese Laundry-The cutest shoes, mostly under $100 with great under $50 options
College Fashion-This blogger's daily blog guilty pleasure and the ONLY blog you will see on this list.
Converse- The classic shoe, sneaker of all sneakers. Your parents wore these (or PF Flyers) and they STILL manage to retain their cool.
Crazy Dog T Shirts- You'd think with all the funny t-shirts they sell, they'd actually have some for dogs... but no. They do have a daily T-special for $6.99, though.


Debenhams-British site with so much to offer. Make the purchase worth it, the shipping can be a little steep at $15.
Delia’s -Awesome Tween-Junior fashion at affordable prices
Dillards -Think Macy's. Department stores always have good sales.
DollarTree -EVerything IS $1... home, decoration, office, party...ONE DOLLAR!
DownEast - Cute, vintage style pieces, 99% under $50
DrugStore -Cosmetics and just about anything thing else you could find at your local Pharmacy based  stores.
DSW- Brand name shoes at discount prices.

Ebags - As the name suggests, there's bags. There's also shoes and other accessories, too.
eBay -The best place to go first for most of your purchases, and the thrill of the bid can be invigorating
EdgeofUrge -Small boutique with clothing and accessories that you probably will never see elsewhere
ElectricFrenchie- Arizona with a twist of sweet country style.

Endless- Shoes you can literally have TOMORROW! Free overnight shipping on most styles!

Fashion Junkee- The ultimate look for less site. Like the dresses you see on celebrities? You'll probably find a play on them here.

FashiontoFigure- Amazingly on trend, cute plus-size clothing and accessories catering to sizes 12-26
Folica- Everything HAIR! Even special shops for special needs. There seems to always be a good sale.
Forever21-The store can be a bit overwhelming, but online everything is organized and you have a better chance at finding your size. They are the best at giving you looks you see on the runways. With  clothing items starting as low as $3, how can you resist?
Francesca’sCollection- They're goal is much like the PBF goal, amazing style under $50. They have everything: shoes, dresses, tops, accessories, and more.
FredFlare- There aren't many places where you can pick up Crayola nail polish, a frosted donut inner-tube, bacon bandages, a book on creative cursing, and a cute outfit for that party coming up. This is one.
Gap- Beautiful basics and integral pieces for your wardrobe. The Gap is a 'good-'ole-reliable' place to go.
GILT-Members only flash sale site. High end products for up to 70% off retail value. Check out their travel extension for budget friendly getaways.
GoJane- SHOES SHOES SHOES!!! Tons of shoes for under $50, many very similar to those of a certain brand rhyming with Shmeffry Shmambell... And the clothes are edgy and well made. 
Goodwill- You'll find truly unique things and your purchases go to a good cause. Great place to go to find clothes to revamp.
GravityPope- This is a seeker site, you really have to dig through for the deals but they are there! Lots of brand names on sale.
Groupon- Group coupon site. The more that want the coupon, the bigger the discount.

HappyScarf- SCARVES! All kinds of scarves. I never knew there were that many.
Head2ToBeauty-All of your favorite beauty products at majorly discount prices.
HighGlossFashion-Asian site so beware of sizes...They run small. However, the accessories are unique and cool.
H&M-It's hard to go in and not buy anything. This world famous mega fast-fashion chain has tons of fashion essentials at surprisingly amazing prices. Can't wait until they allow us to shop online!!! 
Hollister- Not as posh and high-priced as you may suspect. While it's unreasonably dark in the stores and the associates can make you feel a bit less than adequate (why has no one sued based on their hiring practices?) their online shop offers amazing sales and casual clothing at decent prices.
HotTopic-If you're a rocker at heart, this is probably already one of your favorite places to shop. Band tees, edgy accessories, and many things quite unexpected. I love the old school Ninja Turtle Slippers I picked up for $5 on clearance. 
HouseofFraser- Have your currency conversion calculator ready. This is a UK site with much to offer.
HouseofPlumRed- Ummm... Did I really just see a dress for $2? It's all pretty inexpensive.
HouseofSunglasses- All kinds of sunglasses $10 or less.

InLovewithFashion- A UK site currently offering free international shipping.

JaneNorman- The good thing about shopping UK sites is that it's less likely you'll see others with what you buy ;)
JessicaSimpsonCollection- There's a reason why they call Jessica Simpson the 'Billion Dollar Woman,' here clothing and accessories are cute, on trend, and reasonably priced.
JCPenny- Surprises lurk in the newly revamped JCP. However, it does take some searching.
JCrewFactory- All the styles you find at JCrew, just cheaper!
Journeys-Sneakers, Tennies, Kicks... whatever you may call them, find them here!
JupeBoutique- A secret place when I want to splurge a little. All is still under $100, with $7 flat rate shipping.
JustFab-Shoes for $40, picked out for your by 'stylists.'

Kohls- The Lauren Conrad collection is a must see!
Kiyonna- Super stylish plus size clothing!
LabelSpree- Big labels for low prices, for when you really want to satisfy that label urge.
LastCall- Neiman Marcus has this to sell some of the things you may have missed in stores before you can't get them anymore. Dresses under $100, shoes and accessories under $70.
Lesters- Clothing for all ages, often featured in magazines when they put together those budget features.
LilyBoutique- There specialty? Cute dresses for those dressier moments in life. 
Livingsocial- Save money here! 
ModCloth - The best place to go for cute dresses and accessories with a vintage flair.




RenttheRunway- For big events that require fancy dresses but only last one night, why buy what ou can rent. Major labels available and you can even rent the jewelry to go with it.
Rue21- Dresses for $7 in the summer? Clothing for geveryone!
